Job Summary
Partner with business and functional leadership to bridge strategy to execution by: informing strategy development, clarifying goals and strategy, conducting capability impact assessments, articulating and assessing business value streams, designing business operating models, aligning metrics and/or key performance indicators, establishing and monitoring traceability and linkage between design and execution, supporting ongoing improvement of the design over time, providing support for program/initiative re-planning/realignment, and providing cross-industry insight on operations innovation and best practices. JOB SUMMARY This role is responsible for leading complex, large scope engagements with business and functional leadership and contributing business architecture expertise, rigor, and insight to teams defining, assessing, and planning to bridge strategy to execution [X] This job is a Team Lead: Directs daily work activities of a small group of employees. Works with higher level manager to set goals/objectives and provides input regarding performance of employees being led. Employees do not typically have formal reporting relationship to a team lead job. This job works under General Direction: Establishes procedures for attaining specific goals and objectives in a broad area of work. Generally final results are reviewed. (Typically applies to a manager or expert/top level professional.)
Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
Influences organizational direction in strategically complex and/or sensitive environments Partners with business to support strategy development Clarifies goals and strategy Designs, leads, and conducts business capability discovery and analysis (all levels of scope/complexity) Designs, leads, and conducts capability assessments (all levels of scope/complexity) Designs business and operating models Aligns metrics framework Establishes and monitors traceability and linkage between design and execution planning Leads ongoing improvement of the design over time Contributes to business architecture practice development Supports business architecture team development Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. 7 years of demonstrated business experience, with thorough knowledge of business analysis, process improvement, business transformation, and/or business strategy development within complex organizations and business environments. Thorough knowledge of business architecture tools and concepts.

Bachelor's Degree preferred. MBA desired. 7 years of demonstrated business experience, with thorough knowledge of business analysis, process improvement, business transformation, and/or business strategy development within complex organizations and business environments.
