Job Details

Seeking a responsible and dependable Marketing Compliance Coordinator, who possesses a friendly disposition and pays close attention to detail.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Take and respond to daily telephone calls, emails, and all types of correspondence
  • Maintain company files and provide support to Marketing Field Representatives
  • Generate and maintain marketing reports
  • Assist with agent licensing and appointments with the Department of Financial Services
  • Process agency commissions and unearned commission billing
  • Work closely with other company departments to support team efforts
  • Assist with special marketing projects and events; such as industry conventions and company functions

 

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Strong relationship and interpersonal skills; ability to establish professional business relationships with our agency community
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload accordingly
  • Ability to resolve problems and receive constructive feedback
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

 

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Permanent US work authorization
  • Insurance license such as: 2-20, 4-40, 00-55 OR must be eligible to obtain an insurance license, if required
  • Background in personal auto insurance preferred
