Responsibilities  

• Draft letters 
• Document files 
• Answer phones 
• Perform general office duties, including but not limited to faxing, copying and scanning  
• Perform other office management and administrative tasks as needed   

Desired Skills and Experience 

• Prior work experience within a corporate setting highly preferred. 
• Insurance experience a plus.  
• College degree (or presently enrolled) highly preferred.  
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with frequent interruptions.  
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.  
• Great communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Keen attention to detail and follow through. 
• Desire to grow and learn more about the insurance industry (this is not just a job, it’s the start to a great career)!
