Join Assurant, one of the leading providers in lifestyle & automotive protection in Europe, as a Senior Change Project Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Change Project Manager to join our team. You’ll be working within our Business Change & Solutions department to support Assurant Europe in delivering value add change across our business from inception through to post implementation review. Working with all internal stakeholders to ensure best in class change delivery including management of IT components where appropriate. Typically, medium to large projects.

You’ll be responsible for the following;

·Scope, plan and manage the delivery of projects/program to meet the business need within agreed parameters of cost, time, benefits and quality

·Lead, inform, motivate and challenge cross functional project teams to deliver project objectives and business benefits

·Provide effective stakeholder management and consistent reporting throughout the lifecycle of a project, ensuring all key stakeholders and internal/external customers impacted by the change are always informed and engaged

·Manage key project governance controls through the project plan for change control / Risks / Issues / Benefits Realisation / Cost & Dependency management

·Review initiatives to ensure they meet all legal and regulatory requirements

·Represent sponsor needs at key IT Strategy and governance meetings

·Understand the business solution on how new product and/or service developments will be deployed

The ideal person to join us will have the following skills, knowledge and expertise:

·Experience in the delivery of projects and program

·Proactively reaches out to capture business change needs and expectations

·Possess analytical skills necessary to monitor and control programs and projects

·Demonstrates organization and planning skills

·Stakeholder management skills including influencing

·Experience with Service Center solutions highly desirable.Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
