Senior Business Analyst/Associate AmTrust Forward Transformation Office
Position Responsibilities
- You will be part of the dynamic, cross-functional team, helping drive an extensive agenda across the entire AmTrust organization
- As a Senior Business Analyst/Associate you will work with various parts of AmTrust to help track progress and identify key barriers for execution of individual initiatives
- You will build financial models to help assess impact associated with various efforts
- You will help create regular reports for AmTrust senior leadership and shareholders
Requirements and expectations
- Bottomless curiosity paired with strong common sense
- Readiness to learn a lot, and to learn quickly
- Strong financial modelling skills, analytical thinking
- Strong interpersonal skills ability to build and develop relationships in various parts of the organization, in person or remotely
- 2-4 years of full time work experience in a top-tier Consulting firm (MBB, Accenture, Big 4), preferably in Financial Institutions group, or in a Strategy group of a large Financial / Insurance company
- Knowledge of Insurance industry is a plus
- Location AmTrust HQs (Maiden Lane, NYC), with regular travel to other AmTrust locations in US (~20-25% of the time)
