Job Description
Drift Car Sharing is looking for a Growth Marketer that will lead engagement and be responsible for developing our cross-channel lifecycle marketing program end-to-end, leading engagement initiatives, and contributing to infrastructure to help us scale our marketing efforts.
This position plays a key role in the strategy, development, and execution of best-in-class lifecycle initiatives to achieve measurable results around engagement and acquisition KPIs. As the 2nd engagement hire, this individual will also have the chance to wear multiple hats and contribute to other programs.
Job Responsibilities
Build out our end-to-end customer communications touchpointsacross email, push/in-app/web notificationsfor marketing, research, & transactional messaging, in partnership with Product, Engineering, & Creative
- Own our email channel and act as the domain expert for all things email-related.
Help build our lifecycle marketing engine through extensive campaign testing to better understand our channels, targeting, and creative
Work with business teams to define the objectives that will drive the most meaningful impact to Drift and resources needed to execute them
Build marketing processes that improve operational efficiency and create greater visibility into plans, progress and results
Own results by investigating problems and communicating progress to the larger organization
Contribute to tool implementation efforts
Job Qualifications
4 years minimum of email/lifecycle marketing, including direct experience managing cross-channel campaigns (email, push/in-app/web notifications & SMS)
Analytical marketer comfortable leveraging large data sets to identify insights and to drive strategy.
Aggressive experimenter who a/b tests their way towards measurable business results.
Excellent prioritization & project management skills with demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects and priorities
Demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed environment with many cross-functional partners
Capable acting autonomously and collaboratively in ambiguous environments.
Creative problem solver comfortable operating in a fast environment
Strong communications skills and able to work with a wide range of groups and individuals
Working knowledge of HTML, ESPs & QA tools
Familiarity with SQL and with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker or DataStudio
