The Role

This role is a Senior Manager Engineering Role reporting to the Arity Director of Application Engineering. If you thrive in a fast paced agile environment with a regulated environment and are able to collaborate between compliance, product and engineering, then this role may be for you!! We are building the next generation web application for arity in React and Java.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3-5 scrum teams 60% coding 40% management.
• Work with product managers and engineers to help maintain the product backlogs.
• Lead your teams to follow enterprise standards by rigorously automating and developing CI/CD pipelines.
• Work with your teams to elevate engineering excellence using techniques such as TDD, Paired Programming when needed and testing automation.
• Architect and develop a strategy for an arity web prescence.
• Be able to communicate effectively with key stakeholders and engineers.

Qualifications

• 7-10 Yrs in a software engineering role.
• Understanding of enterprise software architecture and standards.
• Development in React, Java using Test Driven Development.
• Presentation skills and ability to present to C level executives.
