Job Description
This position is with Allstate Dealer Services (ADS); an emerging business unit within Allstate family of companies. Allstate Dealer Services provides Finance and Insurance products and services to the retail automotive industry. ADS continuously improves support, products and services by providing consultative guidance around new product and program development and implementation for Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation (NMAC) and Nissan Extended Services North America (NESNA). This position will support the Atlanta, GA.
ADS supports NMAC and NESNA by gathering and analyzing competitive programs, monitoring changing market conditions and suggesting modifications as needed.
All team members participate in servicing key accounts, facilitating save-a-deal and conquests meetings and providing training and income development opportunities focused on increasing dealer profitability, F&I and customer retention.
Job Qualifications
Must reside in reasonable proximity to job location
Minimum of 5 years successful retail automotive experience in a mid to large volume dealership as a Business Manager level or higher
Proven ability to communicate effectively at a professional level with internal and external personnel
General Knowledge of competitive VSC programs and providers or industry corporate experience
Proven experience with Microsoft Office products including Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Efficiently manage time to accomplish all goals and objectives
Proven ability to effectively manage and grow an assigned territory of 20+ supportive dealer accounts
Proven ability to build lasting and synergetic relationships dealer/retailer personnel including DP/EM/GM/F&I/Sales/Service/Administration Office
Ability to grow professionally within area of responsibility
College graduate preferred
Ability to travel up to 50% of time depending on assigned territory
Must have a valid driver's license
