Job Description
The Enterprise Learning team is responsible for creating, implementing, and managing enterprise-wide Learning processes and programs. The team informs and leads the enterprise in all aspects of Learning processes, policies, communications and technology/systems. Through collaboration and consulting with business clients, HR Business Partners, and other HR resources, the Enterprise Learning Team is responsible for identifying, developing and implementing strategic enterprise learning solutions that are aligned with business unit strategies and enterprise-wide talent objectives.
The Enterprise Learning Effectiveness Sr Consultant I role serves as project manager, with a strong focus on metrics, to various AOR Learning teams to help translate business objectives into a cutting-edge education strategy. As the primary liaison between Enterprise Learning and the AORs, you will create partnerships and guide the decision-making process for Enterprise-wide learning programs. This role will be the MTM (Metrics That Matter) lead for the team and manage the entire L&D process lifecycle including intake, needs analysis, measure of effectiveness process, prioritization, and resource allocation to lead to an efficient, effective and scalable learning solution.

Job Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Learning & Development, Human Resources or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years HR, L&D or Insurance experience
- Advanced knowledge in analytics and metrics
- Ability to interact effectively, and coach others on interacting effectively, with internal or external customers and act with empathy
- Applies highly advanced knowledge of analytical procedures to reconcile, manipulate, and recognize patterns of data
- Applies highly advanced knowledge of problem solving and preparation of complex reports for analysis
- Applies highly advanced ability to leverage learned technical skills in support of team objectives
- Applies highly advanced problem-solving skills to continuously improve business outcomes
- Ability to assist leadership in achieving business unit objectives
- Applies highly advanced knowledge of training facilitation and coaching skills
- Provides highly advanced individual decision making within authority limits
- Works within highly complex assignments requiring specialized knowledge in breadth and/or depth in area of expertise
