CapSpecialty subsidiary Arizona Central Insurance (ACI) is seeking a dynamic, versatile, customer-focused Sales & Marketing Associate for their Tucson Office. This position will contribute to the team effort of profitable success through a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Marketing: market and research new venues, events and ideas through social media and other avenues. Develop, write and contribute information to agent newsletter
• Increase Sales: prospect leads and generate cold calls
• Customer Service: provide excellent customer service by servicing existing policies and renewing expiring policies, addressing complaints and resolving issues
• New Business: underwrite, issue and generate quotes for new policies
• Reception and administration: Greet and assist office visitors, contribute to keeping office space safe, welcoming, clean and organized, data entry and processing

Education & Experience:

• Associate's degree, or equivalent;
• Marketing experience and/or familiarity with property and casualty insurance preferred.

• Ability to work in a high-pace work environment and independently deliver expected results
• Self-directed, team player
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Great customer service skills with a professional and pleasant phone voice
• Demonstration of a high level of initiative and problem-solving skills

• Technically competent in all standard business software applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
