Duties & Responsibilities
This person will work from their residence. The position includes company car, cell phone and laptop. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will direct property/casualty marketing activities, including selection and development of agency plant to achieve production and profitability objectives. This position serves Western Missouri – from Kansas state line to mid Missouri and from border to border north to south. Major cities in the territory include the KC metro area, St Joseph, Springfield and Joplin. This Territory Sales Manager must reside in the KC metro area.
Skills & Experience
- At least 3 years’ marketing, sales, business development or commercial lines underwriting experience
- Undergraduate degree
- A thorough knowledge of commercial lines products and coverages
- Excellent communication and client service skills
Compensation & Perks
$56,000 to $70,000 + bonus, company car, cell phone, and laptop
