Location: Nashville, TN

Length of Assignment: Direct Hire

Compensation: $60,000 to $70,000 Annually, Depending on Experience

Job Description:

Our client has an immediate opening for a Claims Support Supervisor in their Nashville, TN office. In this role, you will supervise Claims Associates responsible for setting up homeowner claims in a call center environment. Your day to day responsibilities will include personnel (employment, termination, performance reviews), training, workflow, and consistent application of company policies.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of supervisor experience in a claims support environment
• Ability to gather information from various data sources
• Prepare reports and answering correspondence

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
