Job Details
American Collectors Insurance, a Program of NSM Insurance Group, has immediate full-time opportunities for individuals interested in servicing collector vehicle and collectibles policies.
Ideal candidates have excellent customer service, the ability to multi-task, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform in a high volume inbound & outbound call center
- Sell antique auto and collectible policies
- Provide superior customer service skills
- Respond to the customers efficiently and timely
- Product knowledge and underwriting guidelines
- Assist customers in making changes to existing policies
Qualifications
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Previous experience in a call center environment
- Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
- Valid Property & Casualty License or willingness to obtain within first 90 days of employment
- Possess exceptional verbal & written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional demeanor
- Ability to multi-task
