Job Summary
Under limited supervision this position performs a wide variety of tasks of moderate complexity in support of Risk Control and its many safety functions including customer training and direct customer service. Work requires independent planning and execution of multiple tasks with often demanding deadlines. Assignments involve problem resolution, research, and a solid understanding of department procedures and standards. This job does not manage others.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
Support for Risk Control Business Unit including Senior Management team. Provides advanced word and document processing, spreadsheet and database support. Handles special, complex projects and additional duties as business needs arise. May partner with the technology team for various Risk Control technology related processes and data entry. Responsible for responding to Customers, Agents and Third Parties as well as responding to inquiries via the Risk Control Website and Ask Risk Control; assisting in the resolution of website issues and Risk Control related questions. Administration of Customer and Internal Trainings: Coordinating Safety Academy classes, hotel and audio-visual reservations and enrollment of attendees. May provide administrative support for National Accounts, creating survey requests, preparing loss analysis and billing reports as needed. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
High School Education or equivalent required.

Education, Work Experience & Knowledge
Due to the number of ongoing classes and customer demands, position requires strong organizational skills, ability to handle shifting priorities, experience juggling multiple priorities, and a proven ability to manage projects independently, with minimal supervision. Must have a strong team orientation and ability to communicate well with internal and external customers. Must have strong customer service focus. Advanced skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as Access database experience are required to perform non-routine, moderately complex work. Must have strong conflict resolution skills via phone and in person. 5 or more years of related administrative experience preferred.

Job Specific & Technical Skills & Competencies
Experience with Webinar software preferred.
