We are seeking a talented and innovative Special Investigations Unit Representative. If you enjoy research and investigation and have a good understanding of Commercial Property and Auto, then this position may be right for you!

In this key role, you will be responsible for providing oversight and guidance related to the investigation of suspected insurance fraud. Some activities include conducting telephonic investigations, performing social media searches, reviewing audit tapes from outside vendors, and checking ISO reports.

Other responsibilities:

• Review SIU referrals and make appropriate field assignments to contracted vendors
• Formulate SIU POA for assigned cases
• Follow-up on vendor results for ongoing investigations
• Evaluate vendor performance on individual cases
• Document SIU activity in SIU Case Manager and claim files as appropriate
• Review ISO ClaimSearch OFAC Match reports and rule out/verify matches daily
• Communicate outcome of investigation with claims adjuster, SIU Coordinator and management to develop further POA or make state fraud referrals needed.

Qualifications:
A Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience is preferred or at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Strong P&C experience preferred.
Excellent communication, training and writing skills.
Computer literate and able to work in a highly automated environment.
