We are looking Marketing Automation Manager to join our team. Ideally, you are passionate about building journeys, email marketing, online advertising, analytics, and driving measurable awareness and engagement at a large scale. As an expert with data and technology, you will launch, optimize, and scale global marketing campaigns to drive awareness and impact for our independent agents. You will use digital channels, such as email, ads, and web, to drive results. Mastery of Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and knowledge of other marketing automation tools required.
Responsibilities:
Design, execute and optimize omni-channel campaigns, including driving the creation of campaign briefs, creative, campaign journey setup, testing, scheduling, tracking, and measuring campaigns to drive short-term and long-term results
Segment lists based on demographic and firmographic data and behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions
Measure and optimize lead nurturing workflows with a focus on driving engagement, efficiency, and scalability
Design and implement test plans (A/B and multivariate) to understand drivers of response and value.
Work cross-functionally and help project manage our email marketing initiatives with multiple internal/external stakeholders to execute marketing campaign
Assist with managing localization of email marketing content
Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report back to stakeholders accordingly.
Be an in-house expert for CRM and marketing automation processes, vendors and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent.
- 6 to 8 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Superior interpersonal, teambuilding and persuasion skills.
- Expert knowledge of media capabilities and the technical aspects of creative services, including presentation systems, video and print production, and web design.
- Advanced computer skills.
