This entry level commercial property position handles storage unit claims under tenant Commercial Personal Property policies, for a national self-storage company with over 1000 facilities across the US, Canada and Puerto Rico. 1^st Party Property Coverage Policy

• Conducting prompt and thorough investigations, evaluating coverage, evaluating damages and negotiating settlement of claims.
• Must be able to professionally and successfully resolve disputes involving coverage and damage evaluations with customers.
• Multiple state licenses preferred.

Requirements:

• One (1) to two (2) years insurance claims experience preferred.
• College degree preferred.
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Able to multi-task with taking phone calls from tenants and clients,
• Outlook and XactContents knowledge preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and skills required
