Retained search for Chief Personal Lines Actuary opening in New York City. Manage staff of 25+ actuaries and predictive modelers involving pricing, reserving, predictive analytics, profitability analysis, and strategizing for high net worth Personal lines (Auto, Homeowners, Fine Art, etc.). Ideal candidate is FCAS or ACAS with 16+ years of P&C actuarial experience with a Personal lines focus; high net worth experience a plus; must have prior management experience as well as superior communication and interpersonal skills.
