Paralegal, Regulatory Compliance - Iowa Recognized and growing Property and Casualty Insurance carrier is seeking a Paralegal to work in the Regulatory Compliance Department. You work with other members of the Compliance Department, including the Director of Compliance, Compliance Attorney and Compliance Analysts. Responsibilities: Maintain the Legal and Compliance Library Assist in updating and reviewing company policies and procedures. Develop spreadsheets and methods to track historic trends and metrics. Draft routine correspondence and assist in special projects, under direction of the Compliance Team and the Compliance Attorney Qualifications: Paralegal certification or Associates Degree Proficiency in Microsoft Office Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Paralegal in a Defense Firm or insurance company Some Property and Casualty Insurance exposure Familiar with WestlawNext Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently on projects This position represents a good career opportunity with company known for its employee focused culture and excellent benefits package.
