Director of Marketing- Third Party Administrator (TPA) Services

Direct the overall management of the Company’s sales and marketing performance. Establish and develop short and long range strategic plans to expand the customer base, as well as provide additional services to existing clients and to increase the Company’s overall revenue.  

  • —Establish sales and marketing strategic plans, both long and short term and drive execution of revenue growth.
  • Plan, implement and evaluate comprehensive sales and marketing strategies, and relationship building activities.
  • —Identify potential opportunities and develop the tactics and teams needed to bring them to fruition.
  • —Develop and manage revenue generation and strategic partnerships.
  • Establish connections and build long-term client relationships at senior executive levels
  • —Build and manage the sales and marketing staff.
  • Provide overall direction, coaching, training, performance assessment, and oversee salary administration, and performance evaluation.
  • —Prepare annual budget and business plans for sales and marketing.  Monitor budget to actual results monthly to ensure expenses are within agreed budget and objectives are on target.
  • —Cultivate contacts for prospecting and garnering new opportunities.

Bachelors Degree in Business or Marketing preferred.

•8-10 years marketing, and/or sales experience in the insurance industry preferably within an Independent (I/A) or Third Party Administrator (TPA) corporation.
