As Digital Analyst, your insight and recommendations will drive optimizations to the online customer experience. You will focus on the eSales space, which generates millions of quotes annually for auto and property insurance. You will utilize a variety of tools to analyze the customer experience throughout the sales process, and lead in-depth analyses to provide stakeholders and agile teams with recommendations for future enhancements. You will have frequent contact with multiple areas of the organization, and opportunities to collaborate and build relationships across teams.

Responsibilities:

• Execute in-depth analyses of eSales performance across a variety of strategic online and mobile projects, regularly presenting recommendations to team members, product owners, and senior management.

• Partner with agile teams to proactively develop hypothesis, prioritize in-market tests, and conduct analysis to improve business results and the customer experience

• Lead analysis of the cross-channel sales experience and partner cross-functionally to identify new opportunities for improved customer experience and increased efficiencies

• Analyze variance in KPIs versus plan and conduct cost-benefit analysis of new initiatives being evaluated for potential implementation

• Proactively research and conduct ad-hoc analysis utilizing multiple data sources and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required with 2+ years of related experience

• Advanced analytical/problem solving and research skills

• Excellent written and oral communication, influencing, and leadership skills

• Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills with experience preparing and delivering presentations for a wide range of audiences

• Ability to work independently or as part of a group

• Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a desire to learn new tools and technologies

• Ability to effectively balance various tasks simultaneously and adapt to shifting or competing priorities in a fast-paced working environment

• Web analytics experience is a plus, a strong interest in digital is necessary

• Experience in Excel with SAS or SQL a plus
