This individual will collaborate and provide critical team support in the execution and governance of monthly performance management process and key initiatives:

1. Accounting Finance Services budget/forecast analysis
2. Accounting Finance Services EAS Metrics
3. EXL Performance Standards (CSLs)
4. Continuous Improvement/Optimization efforts
5. Customer reporting (i.e., feedback, issues tracking)
6. Project prioritization and Analysis

Responsibilities

• Effectively collaborate with various stakeholders & colleagues in all areas (Finance & non-finance)
• Provide critical support to two department directors on performance management process & project prioritization
• Work side by side with contributors and coworkers to identify, propose and implement process changes and issue resolution alternatives
• Facilitate, support and implement effective performance metrics & reporting. Monitor and improve key performance indicators
• Understand and promote environment of effective controls and governance
• Demonstrate strong focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Serve as a key contact to AFS Performance Management Group, representing AFS EAS
• Perform other general accounting tasks and ad hoc projects assigned by the VP

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, related area or equivalent work experience
• CPA and/or MBA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in progressive accounting and/or financial operational areas
• Some supervisory experience helpful
• 2+ years working in a Shared Services environment preferred but not required

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Requires knowledge in software/ERP for accounting and financial operations and demonstrated experience on management and control of the processes and financial practices (i.e., SOX, MAR, audits)
• Thorough knowledge of general accounting including the application of related theory
