Account Executive - Group Benefits

Are you ready for that next step in your career? A growing Independent agent is actively seeking a licensed Benefits Account Executive for their Naples, FL area office. This Individual will manage and coordinate all client service activities for their Group Health clients, including interacting with carriers, vendors and internal teams. Help grow revenue from existing business, research and develop creative solutions for each client and maintain and retain the clients as well as some new business sales.

If you have 7 or more years’ experience of account management experience, with an independent agency or health insurance carrier this could be the opportunity for you. The position will be client facing at times.

The successful candidate will have a positive and upbeat client focused demeanor and will be able to demonstrate strong presentation, verbal and written, and organizational skills. Must be proficient with business applications including Excel. Excellent compensation and benefits and a great team environment.
