Top Insurance Agency has an immediate need to fill an Employee Benefits Consultant / Account Executive role for their growing agency.
To qualify for this role candidates must have 5+ years’ experience in the benefits space, a consultative / relationship building personality, a strong focus on customer service and can excel at retaining business. Personality traits this candidate will have a high-energy level to visit clients, and comfortable making presentation to large groups that can think on their feet.
This is a high-level position within the agency and must be a strategic thinker that is comfortable with groups from 100-1,000 lives. Responsibilities include managing the renewal process, planning meetings, customizing health and welfare programs and offer value and solutions to your client groups.
