Great opportunity with a well-respected agency in the SW Florida is seeking a Practice Leader and will provide direction for their Personal Lines Sales and Marketing Team.
You will be expected to work and collaborate with the Personal Lines Service VP to achieve the agency’s production and client service objectives. Must also have the skill set, desire and temperament to develop and mentor a sales team.
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and 220 P&C license, 15+ years of personal lines insurance experience including 2+ years as a commission sales Agent and 5+ years in a leadership or management role. Knowledge of the Florida personal lines marketplace and insurance carriers is a plus. Understanding the needs, requirements and solutions for VIP clients is critical.
