Looking for that next opportunity to use your negotiation skills?  Our Client is looking for experienced Attorney Represented and Non-Represented Bodily Injury Adjusters for our growing teams! Your knowledge of medical and legal terminology to complete investigations will allow you to evaluate damages and injuries and ultimately negotiate a fair and prompt settlement.

Position Responsibilities:

• Assume handling of injury claims and work to conclusion
• Interpret medical reports, review medical billing, evaluate claim value and manage claims process to ensure efficient resolution
• Estimate cost of treatment or compensation for those injured in accidents
• Negotiate with claimants and attorneys to settle bodily injury (BI) claims

Position Qualifications:

• 3+ years of casualty claims handling experience with at least 2 years of Bodily Injury (BI) required
• Non-standard auto experience a plus
• California auto claims handling experience a plus
• Must have claim- related computer systems experience, Guidewire experience is a plus
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
