How This Role Contributes to Brighthouse Financial:
The Scheduling Coordinator works with external and internal annuity wholesalers on the sales desk to support both third-party distribution and dedicated division. The Distribution Support team can contribute to increasing the sales in an external wholesalers territory by scheduling meetings with financial advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and scheduling meetings (face-to-face and phone appointments)
- Preparing and editing correspondence with financial advisors/admins via email, mail merge, and daily phone calls
- Completes and maintains logs in Excel and Salesforce
- Must be able to work between the hours of 9:00am to 6:00pm (M-F)
- Performs other related duties as assigned or required
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
- Successful candidates will have 1 year or more of professional work experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Demonstrated initiative and follow-up Strong PC and data analysis skills Intermediate Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Knowledge of Salesforce preferred but not required
