Can you effectively partner with the VP of Compliance, anticipate needs and take initiative to get things done before being asked? How about supporting multiple leaders, along with their teams!
The purpose of this role is to provide support to various business units through highly visible and confidential projects/activities, various demanding administrative responsibilities, and frequent interaction with a variety of internal and external clients.This requires high-level administrative skills, the ability to organize and coordinate a wide range of tasks, the ability to prioritize daily tasks, and a friendly and courteous personality, both in person and via phone.

Provide administrative support to the VP of Global Privacy and direct reporting managers and teams
Coordinate meetings/conferences and travel itineraries
Manage appointment calendars and establish appointment priorities
Compose correspondence, prepare reports and provide quality customer service to our internal and external customers

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- High School Diploma/ GED with advanced training
- 2-4 years of administrative, secretarial, or related experience working in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Experience in managing group activities and tasks; must demonstrate initiative, leadership, and confidence
- Excellent customer service focus
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to improve standardized best practices and service deliveries to accomplish company, group, customer and/or individual goals
- Ability to meet new challenges with an open mind and an optimistic response
- Ability to effectively manage/coordinate simultaneous projects, and successfully prioritize multiple tasks with sound judgment
