Under General Direction, accountable for the development and implementation of digital marketing strategy, content, media and related technologies through specific channels (search engine optimization, websites, landing pages, display, mobile, social and/or email) that support organizational marketing objectives for entire online customer journey (engagement, acquisition, and/or retention of business). Position manages others. General Direction: Establishes procedures for attaining specific goals and objectives in a broad area of work. Generally final results are reviewed. (Typically applies to a manager or expert/top level professional.)

Marketing Description
Claim is seeking a high impact digital marketing veteran to help lead external communications efforts. The candidate, who should have a strong copywriting background, will work with business partners in and outside of Claim to help develop and deliver the Claim narrative to a variety of external audiences. You'll work with product and channel managers and should be adept at developing content for web, print and video.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
Apply, manage and assist in developing digital marketing techniques to effectively attract audiences utilizing an appropriate mix of platforms. Apply, manage and assist in developing methods to improve conversion through technology and process opportunities (A/B testing, segmentation, content targeting, etc.). Understand, source and assist in defining Key Performance Indicators to measure campaign and resource performance and identify efforts for improving engagement, acquisition, and/or retention. Manage and deploy digital marketing campaigns using in-house and vendor-supplied campaign management tools. Serve as marketing liaison and consultant to business partners on more complex digital programs and initiatives. Manage and assist in identifying external vendor relationships. Work collaboratively with business partners to understand their goals and make recommendations on strategies to address those goals (via digital, social and mobile, and content marketing). Analyze economic considerations, develop marketing forecasts, estimate costs and prepare pricing studies. Utilize knowledge of company products and business model to profile customers and build valuation model. Collaborate with other marketing disciplines (advertising, research, communications, creative services etc.) on more complex programs/initiatives. Develop, manage and deploy digital research and intelligence programs to drive insights for marketing. Develop and deliver digital marketing training to build capabilities across businesses and the enterprise. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience.

Education, Work Experience & Knowledge
Bachelor's degree in marketing or other related field or equivalent experience preferred. Typically 6-8 years of experience. Thorough knowledge of digital media concepts. Experience supporting sales team. Preferred experience as a digital marketer/account manager for a strong brand or agency. Experience in insurance and/or financial services desirable. Thorough knowledge of data-driven content marketing. General knowledge on how to research and target wants/needs of various audiences. General Knowledge: Possesses sufficient knowledge to perform most work in normal situations.)
