Allstate Insurance Company has an exceptional career opportunity for an Inside Property Claim Service Adjuster in Tigard, OR

As an entry level, Allstate Inside Property Claim Adjuster, you will play a vital role to ensure we deliver on our promise. You will be responsible for investigating, negotiating and settling basic personal property or liability insurance claims. This individual may or may not handle losses that do not require an outside adjuster's inspection and works with clients. You will review insurance policies, reports and photos, evaluate damages, determine loss coverage and authorizes payments. You will work directly with customers and guide them through the claims process, and negotiate fair and equitable settlements. You will be challenged to manage multiple cases simultaneously, and document every step of activity for each claim on Allstate's state-of-the-art, computerized NextGen claims system. Job Qualifications
-
Equivalent experience plus two years experience delivering outstanding customer service preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a passion for helping others.
Strong organizational skills.
Strong computer skills.
Persistence and the ability to work through and solve problems.
