Description:

RYZE is looking for a Collection Specialist. The Collection Specialist will be responsible for the timely resolution of past due accounts receivable. This position will provide customer service regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, process and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and short payments and other accounting department duties as assigned. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday, with evenings and weekends required as weather, work volume, or client needs dictate.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Accounting experience, college coursework, and/or QuickBooks experience
• 2 Years of experience in a data entry/accounting environment
• Must have experience with Microsoft Office and advanced experience with Excel
• Must be familiar with computer systems and have good keyboard skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Must have good written and oral communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
