Program Manager, Broadcast, Online Video, and Digital Summary

You will plan, develop and successfully execute broadcast, online video, and digital campaigns aligned with Liberty Mutuals Consumer Brand and business growth goals. You will work with internal stakeholders including Consumer Insights, Brand Strategy, Media Buying and Analytics to provide strategic marketing campaigns for the business.

Serves as our Marketing Leader for new and existing marketing campaigns, creative development and launch/execution of campaign.

• Drives process from beginning to end (from strategy to execution) of integrated marketing campaigns
• Uses research and consumer insights to develop business and creative briefs

• Incorporates, solidifies and leverages the brand image in external communications. Assures adherence to brand identity and look and feel

• Works closely with internal media partners to ensure creative deliverables support media plans

• Partners with internal and external creative agencies to develop and produce creative deliverables

• Provides consolidated status/reporting throughout the life of the campaign and post-launch analysis
• Ensures effective integrated execution across all consumer touch points
• Identifies improvement opportunities, including consumer- or competitive-insight driven creative and industry trends

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (with a concentration in Marketing preferred) or equivalent experience required.

• 6+ years of relevant experience within a creative agency or large market-driven organization.

• Experience managing creative process from brief writing through broadcast production.

• Experience working on integrated campaigns at a well-known brand or large established creative agency.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced marketing environment.

• Strong knowledge of current trends and technologies.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

• Solid strategic, analytical, organizational, and presentation skills.

• Highly collaborative with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
