Salesforce/nCino Administrator Job Summary


This position will lead the implementation, administration and ongoing maintenance of the Salesforce/nCino operating system at Westfield Bank. Initial focus will be on the commercial loan production cycle and will include design of business development, underwriting, documentation, booking, CRM and all associated processes and work flows through the application. Longer term expectation of the position is leadership of adoption of the Salesforce/nCino platform as Westfields CRM and lending platform for all business lines.

Essential Functions (primary functions and/or reasons the job exists in order of importance)
1. Lead the implementation and optimization of the nCino loan origination system in a commercial/small business lending focused environment. Document process changes and ensure adequate communication and/or training for impacted stakeholders.
2. Manage the loan life cycle and CRM applications within the Salesforce/nCino platform and introduce best practices developed through user community interactions, from nCino conferences, and webinars to ensure optimal use of all platform capabilities.
3. Partner with Lending, Credit, Operations, and Accounting team members to identify interface points between nCino and existing business processes/systems and lead change management initiatives to optimize integration with Salesforce/nCino at inception and on an ongoing basis.
4. Develop, maintain, and deliver the necessary training plans, materials, and documentation to enable new and existing users to effectively adopt and use the nCino lending platform.
5. Develop a change management procedure to ensure effective implementation of all new releases, updates, or vendor application extensions at Westfield Bank.
6. Perform basic system administration including periodic updates, user support, and diagnosis/resolution of end user issues.
7. Collaborate with Credit Administration and Lending Management as well as other functional areas to ensure full adoption of the nCino system and to identify opportunities for improved business results through full utilization of the systems capabilities.
8. Partner with users across the enterprise to identify management reporting needs. Design and maintain the necessary reports and dashboards and the associated documentation.
9. Establish processes to ensure the maintenance of high data quality in the nCino system and lead efforts to uncover and resolve data integrity issues.
10. Coordinate with Credit and Lending team members in support of efforts to prepare for and respond to regulatory and internal/external audits, loan reviews, and examinations.
11. Provide best-in-class service to our customers with innovative and creative solutions. Interacts with fellow employees in a manner that promotes teamwork and professionalism.
12. Maintain awareness, understanding, and compliance with the Banks internal policies and procedures, laws, and regulations appropriate for the position.
13. Travel occasionally for special assignments, training, and/or between office locations.

Desired Qualifications/Experience/Certification/Education (in order of importance)
1. 3 years experience in Management Information Systems, preferably in a banking, financial services, or similar environment.
2. 3 years experience as a business analyst or systems analyst with an emphasis on system configuration and design.
3. Salesforce.com Administrator Certification or working towards the Administrator Certification.
4. Ability to evaluate business processes and recommend policies and procedures to drive effectiveness and efficiency.
5. Experience with loan origination, documentation, and administration processes strongly preferred.
6. Strong writing and presentation skills; proven ability to orient and train others and interact with all levels of management.
7. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office, including Excel and Word, or other transferable software packages.
8. Ability to be detail oriented and multi-task while demonstrating analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Bachelors degree or commensurate experience.
10. Valid drivers license and a driving record that conforms to company standards.

Ability to work effectively in an office environment for 40+ hours per week (including sitting, standing, and working on a computer for extended periods of time).
Ability to communicate effectively in a collaborative work environment utilizing various technologies such as: telephone, computer, web, voice, teleconferencing, e-mail, etc.
Ability to travel as required.
Ability to operate an automobile within the parameters of the driving policy.
