Description:

RYZE is looking for an Invoicing Specialist. The Invoicing Specialist will be entering data for invoices, into various client billing systems, communicating with clients and in house staff, and other duties as assigned. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday, or a variation of, with evenings and weekends required as weather, work volume, or client needs dictate.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 0-2 Years of experience in a data entry/accounting environment
• Experience with T360 and/or Bottomline billing systems a plus, but not required
• Must have experience with Microsoft Office and experience with Excel
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Must have good written and oral communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be familiar with computer systems and have good keyboard skills
