We are currently seeking a positive team player with a can do attitude to join as a Regional Office Assistant to work alongside our Southeast leadership team in support of the regional goals. This person will work directly with the Regional Vice President and serve as a key point of contact for internal and external customers. The selected candidate will provide proactive administrative support and accommodate various executive reporting needs, plus be involved in multiple facets of the business. Responsibilities include collaboration with multiple departments for all aspects of planning and implementation needed to ensure successful events and serve as the primary coordinator of travel arrangements. Duties will also include serving as first point of contact for identifying and resolving all office supply needs and facility issues. This position is based in our Lawrenceville, GA office.

Education and Experience
  • 4 years experience in a professional office environment, performing customer service, clerical and administrative functions
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities, maintain a high level of confidentiality, and possess a strong sense of ownership
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong information analysis and problem solving skills with the ability to reason in an orderly fashion and find appropriate solutions.
  • Advanced knowledge of various PC applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior experience in the insurance industry and customer service role preferred
