Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Client Delivery Director (CDD) is a part of the Talent Acquisition (TA) Leadership Team and is responsible for a team of Recruiters who deliver full life cycle recruitment at all levels across business and functional lines. This role serves as a strategic partner to Business Leaders and Lead HRGs and ensures that TA delivers a consistent and high quality service. The CDD will also partner with TA Operations and TA Strategic Sourcing to evaluate and implement process improvements by continually optimizing existing procedures, tools and vendors to enhance business impact. This job is a Manager: Responsible for setting work objectives and goals for employees and managing their performance. Typically involved in compensation decisions. Employees have a formal reporting relationship to this job.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
This role will lead, develop, mentor and inspire Recruiters to ensure service, deliverables, performance metrics and overall talent needs are met. Provide active, intentional leadership by providing timely and constructive feedback, monitoring accomplishments and fostering an environment of continuous learning. Ensure collaboration with HRGs, TA, and the business leaders to achieve hiring objectives. Assist team in translating business strategies into recruitment strategies for both the short and long term. Leverage data and analytics to drive the narrative of our recruiting results. Utilize recruitment reports and key performance benchmarks to leverage resources effectively and provide updates on recruitment activity. Collaborate with other peers in defining, implementing, and monitoring internal operational procedures and metrics. Partner with TA Operations to ensure standardization of recruitment processes and to identify key trends/opportunities in order to continually improve TA tools, methodologies, policies and procedures. Partner with TA Strategic Sourcing (including UR and Diversity) to create strategies and solutions to ensure talent pipelines and a strong employment brand. Assist Recruiters in proactively building networks for talent and developing recruitment tactics to ensure job openings are filled in a timely and cost effective manner. Ensure compliance with all employment laws, company policies and practices. Stay current and knowledgeable on the latest trends, tools and research in TA. Participate as an active and thoughtful member of the TA leadership team. Seek out opportunities to partner, connect and collaborate with TA peers. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
BA/BS required. A minimum of 8 years of progressive corporate and/or agency recruiting experience with a minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in a talent acquisition leadership role.

Education, Work Experience & Knowledge
Experience in the evaluation and development of recruiting processes, procedures and creative sourcing strategies. Excellent oral, written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively to a wide array of audiences. Strong presentation skills to address a broad and diverse audience. Strong command of data and analytics coupled with a highly developed business acumen. Experience with external talent acquisition solutions including agencies, universities and industry organizations. Ability to establish and maintain highly effective working relationships with all levels of employees. Strong working knowledge of ATS systems and how they integrate into recruiting operations. Understanding of employment law. Ability to work in a team-based environment as well as on tasks which require high levels of initiative, autonomy and independent thought and action. Experience creating and driving employment brand strategies or digital strategies a plus.

Preferred Qualifications
Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, and/or Bond Underwriting Insurance experience is preferred.
