Processes cash, check, and electronic receipts and premium refunds to maintain accurate and current customer accounts. Maintain low Days Sales Outstanding Balances by the use of telephone calls and/or email to perform collections. Complete timely generation of past due letters, cancellation and reinstatements requests. Communicates customer account status to insureds, brokers, associates and all levels of management as needed. Must have the ability to multi-task while maintaining accurate results.
Qualifications: Minimum two (2) years of equivalent work experience. Excellent numerical/analytical ability and Microsoft Windows application skills required.
