Job Details
Responsible for assessing, planning, developing and administering corporate-wide training and continuing education programs.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or above in relevant field from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in a corporate environment in a training function, learning and development or other directly relevant field, service industry experience preferred.
- Exceptional presentation skills required with the ability to communicate with small to very large groups and utilize multiple forms of media (lecture, slides, PowerPoint, teleconferencing).
- Knowledge of adult learning theory, best practices of instructional design and learning transfer required.
- Proven ability to teach and counsel adults in the area of training and continuing education.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience using software to create relative databases and tracking reports.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required with the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
