Claims Representative II 

Appraises automobile or other vehicle damage. Uses independent judgment in determining repair cost estimates and damage awards. Exercises independent judgment and personal discretion in repair versus replace decisions with damaged automobiles. Negotiates with repair facilities to obtain agreement for repair at the estimated cost level or below. Prepares clear and concise written reviews of the damage findings and repair agreements for submission to the adjusting staff for their finalization of payments. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required. Position may require rotating into MPR and additional responsibilities as requested.

• Four year college degree and 3 - 5 years collision estimating experience preferred.

• Advanced organization and planning recognition skills required.

• Valid driver's license with a level of financial responsibility required by the Club in an acceptable motor vehicle driving record required for field position.

• Advanced interpersonal skills required.

• This position may be office or field based and may involve use of a company car and inspection of vehicles.

• Physical requirements may include lifting (50 lbs or more).

• The employee is frequently required to stand, use hands to finger, handle or feel; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl around vehicles in all kinds of weather.
