Account Activation Specialist Temp Position represents an entry-level temporary position that will cover the absence of an employee during maternity leave.
The priority for the Contract Administration department is speed. Contract Administration is to turn around newly drafted agreements quickly and keep delays for the customer to an absolute minimum.
Location & Schedule:
This is a full-time position (8am to 5pm EST, Monday through Friday) performed at the client office in Oviedo, FL
Minimum Requirements:
At least 1 yearr administrative work experience and thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word,Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
Preferred:
Knowledge of Medicare Secondary Payer Statute guidelines, Workers Compensation and Liability Claims and basic Medical terminology.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Performs the following tasks with direct supervision:

Performs the following tasks with direct supervision:
- Receipt of new case from Sales team/Draft and send contract
- Process new items received to activate account
- Notification to Sales team if any significant changes to account type are requested
- Agreement language changes
- Referral status updates
- Assure all documentation is received and compile the working file in FileMaker for submission to Quality Assurance for activation
