Job Details
- Communicate and collaborate across a wide range of internal teams to influence and drive success in achieving business goals
- Gain in-depth knowledge of Auto pricing programs and support impacted teams across the organization
- Create data-driven analysis and recommendations that are presented out to Senior Leadership and key market stakeholders (Director of State Operations)
- Partner with stakeholders across the organization to manage and implement state-specific programs across the U.S.
- Research, develop and implement processes improvements to deliver best-in-class solutions
Responsibilities:
- Focuses on development and implementation of Countrywide Auto Rating Programs
- Supports state-level implementation work, including customer impact analysis, regulatory material preparation, cross-functional and continuous communication, etc.
- Conducts analysis with varying levels of complexity
- Queries data to conduct ad-hoc analysis of metrics and answer advanced business questions to support stakeholder questions with limited guidance
- Helps develop actionable recommendations to project teams and stakeholders
- Provides technical and analytical support for assigned states and projects
- Demonstrates proficient project management skills
- Independently structures and performs daily work
- Adopts new processes and contribute to additional innovation, trainings, job shadows, etc.
- May mentor new hires, rotational analysts, or interns
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or other quantitative field. Minimum 3 years, typically 4 years or more of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis software (e.g., SAS, Access).
- Must have good planning, organizational, analytical, decision making and communication skills.
