Responsibilities:

  • Develop effective, defect free source code that meets business requirements and team standards. 
  • Participate in unit test case development and develop complex test scripts. 
  • Conduct impact analysis. 
  • Develop system and application architecture and design, and contribute technical alternatives. 
  • Develop production support documentation. 
  • Interact with stakeholders and development team to gather and define requirements for software applications, and work within project team on iterative development that delivers a high quality product. 
  • Execute all levels of testing including system, integration, and regression. 
  • Analyze user stories for validity and feasibility, and provide functional and system integration testing support. 
  • Perform quality assurance coding and design review to identify defects or discrepancies in requirements identified and develop application changes to address those needs and participate in the development of build and deployment guides and scripts.
Qualifications:
The position requires a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline, plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related technical occupation. The position requires three (3) years of experience with each of the following: Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud; design and development of architectures and technical standards for software applications; working with layered systems architectures and layered solutions and designs; agile software development; application of customer requirements including drawing out unforeseen implications and making recommendations for design and understanding potential impacts of design requirements; and backlog tracking, burndown metrics and incremental delivery.
