This position handles moderate to higher complexity claims matters involving bodily injury and/or liability lines of insurance written by the Interinsurance Exchange in compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements. The primary functions include investigation, adjusting, and resolving insured/claimant injury claims. Employs discretion and independent judgment to ensure compliance with state and federal law, and within established company technical and customer service best practices. Knowledgeable in reporting Medicare/Medicaid liens desired. This is an inside position; with infrequent travel to mediations or court hearings. 

Four year degree or commensurate job experience generally obtained through 7 to 10 years of injury claim adjusting. Working knowledge of the Microsoft office suite of products. Seeking strong organizational skills and excellent oral/written communication skills. Ability to secure state specific adjusting licenses as required in a multi state operation.
