Job Purpose: Responsible for tracking controls to ensure that purchases, assets and financial related procedures are properly tracked and invoiced; contract and licensing management, monthly budget reconciliation; data analysis and reporting.

Results Expected and Duties Performed

Accounts management and reconciliation Accounts Payable - matching-verifying invoices, generating payments to vendors. Accounts Receivable - assist with monthly billing coordination, payment receipt-applications. Account Reconciliations as assigned (i.e., Credit Card, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Debt, etc.). Own and manage all current and future contracts and licenses for software and systems as well as all agency partners and product agreements. Analyze and maintain all vendor communication and correspondence including, but not limited to, reviewing and processing invoices and disbursements, preparing various reports, monitoring critical payment lists, verifying vendor statements. Assist with annual budget allocation and reconciliation.

Product support working closely with the internal product team by gathering manipulating and analyzing data accessible through various data sources. Serve as a central resource for billing/payment inquiries as it relates to the agency.

Performs various miscellaneous ad-hoc tasks by assisting with process management, audit documentation (internal/external); new software systems, agency management systems.

Education: Bachelors degree

Experience: 2 years previous experience in accounting/ financial related field.

Skills and Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Ability to manage own time while prioritizing multiple tasks. Ability to gather and analyze information in order to evaluate results and choose the best solution to the problem.

Office Equipment and Software: Computer, Telephone, Copier, Printer, 10-key, Calculator, MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, MS Outlook), Power BI, Visio, ImageRight, Claims Manager, Interaction Client, Adobe Acrobat, Internet, experience with Customer Relationship Management and/or Agency Management Software.

Decision Making: Ability to plan, coordinate and execute new business opportunity strategies. Good applied statistics skills.
