Job Details
The AVP, AmTrust North America drives marketing strategy for the companys largest division, with a specific focus on commercial insurance agents and the small businesses they service. This individual, reporting directly to the SVP, Global Marketing and Communications, will be responsible for executing marketing and advertising campaigns working in tandem with sales leadership to deliver measurable results that drive growth for the company. You will work with smart, high-energy people across the marketing team in a collaborative, team-based environment.
Responsibilities- Conceptualize, implement and optimize marketing and advertising programs using industry best practices for marketing with a heavy emphasis on measurement and optimization.
- Ensure that Marketing activities are effectively supporting the AmTrust sales team and their independent agent sales force, including supporting and driving increased submissions through AmTrusts electronic placement portal.
- Manage the execution of all marketing campaigns
- Be a self-starter as part of a lean marketing organization.
- Travel up to 15%.
- 15+ years in B2B marketing with 10+ years of digital strategy
- Experience as a Marketing Executive with classic brand training, strong social and digital skills, a focus on media, storytelling and thought leadership.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution.
- Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the planning and execution of media, marketing, communications, public relations and events marketing activities.
- You are amazing at motivating and inspiring a team.
- Analytical orientation and analytical skills including marketing measurement and optimization.
- Proactive self-starter, highly detail oriented. Highly operational.
- Bachelor degree required; MBA a plus
