Major Responsibilities:

• Communicate regularly with company managers and propose company strategies to generate growth.
• Maintain existing relationships with key agents and drive new business
• Drive sales campaigns via phone and email
• Increase sales through prospecting for new potential customers and following up on leads
• You will work in an enthusiastic environment that gives you a change to engage with people all day long.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree in Sales and Marketing is preferred.

Experience: Previous inside or outside sales and/or marketing experience is preferred; Insurance background is a plus.

Skills and Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Effective sales, negotiating and presentation skills. Ability to learn and promote products and services. Ability to develop rapport with agents. Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously. Align work with strategic goals.

Other: Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.
