E&S Underwriting Assistant - Dallas, TX
Growing and profitable Property and Casualty Insurance company is seeking a Commercial Lines Underwriting Assistant for their Dallas operation. Candidates will be responsible for providing support services for all commercial lines with an emphasis on contract binding / program business across the country. This position will morph into a renewal underwriting role with an excellent opportunity to advance.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Commercial Underwriting Assistant in a Property and Casualty Insurance MGU or E&S carrier setting
- High School Diploma required. College is preferred
- Working knowledge of hospitality risks is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong verbal and written communications skill
