Senior Life Underwriter - Ongoing Contract Assignment

We are assisting a client on their need for Contract Underwriters for the handling of APS work (summaries to include debit assignments from Swiss Re manual and MIB codes). This is an ongoing project. They are seeking to bring on board two additional underwriters. Flexible arrangement with no certain commitment needed from the underwriter. They are seeking up to 40 hours per week from the underwriters. This will be done remotely.  You just need a PC and a reliable high speed internet connection.

Life Underwriter Requirements:

• Five (5) or more years of individual life underwriting background.
• Underwriters will apply debits and do the MIB coding as if they were in house.  So, those are strengths we really need.
• Ability to work independently
• Organized
• Attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret medical records.
• Prior experience working with APS summaries
