RYZE Claim Solutions (RYZE) is an independent insurance adjusting company that provides accurate, cost effective and comprehensive property and liability insurance claims adjusting, including third party administration and insurance appraisal services to insurance carriers doing business throughout the United States. 1099 Adjusters are contractors that will investigate and evaluate property claims for clients pursuant to client and company direction. Provide timely, accurate, fair, and professional service to all clients and insured parties while maintaining a high level of production.

RYZE is looking to onboard several Appraisal Adjusters within the next 30 days. Our client is looking for the most qualified individuals for this position. The work will involve Public Adjusters, Attorneys, Assignment of Benefits, or a combination of all three. The adjuster must be able to travel to the Florida Panhandle area.

Job Qualifications:

Advanced experience preparing estimates with Xactimate 28
Effective communication and customer service skills
Ability to climb ladders, get in attics/crawlspaces, get on roofs, kneel, bend, etc.
A valid driver's license
Florida 620 all lines license required
Strong investigative, analytical, and problem solving skills
Minimum of 6 years adjusting experience for residential 8 years commercial with 2 years appraisal experience within the minimum years listed
Knowledge of insurance policies, theories and practices
Skilled at using required property equipment such as measuring devices, digital camera, ladders, etc.

Required Residential Qualifications

• Florida 620 all lines license
• Xactimate 28 intermediate or advanced knowledge
• Minimum of 6 years adjusting experience
• Minimum of 2 years appraisal experience within the 6 year minimum.

Required Commercial Qualification

• Florida 620 all lines license
• Xactimate 28 intermediate or advanced knowledge
• Minimum of 8 years adjusting experience and at least 2 years Commercial adjusting experience
• Minimum of 2 years appraisal experience within the 8 year minimum. This could also include appraisal oversight of others.

Candidate must have active Xactimate 28 estimating system registered and have the ability to send electronic reports through the Internet.

Additionally, in order to handle claims for RYZE, you will be required to go through the required background credentialing. If you are qualified to handle claims for RYZE you will then participate in our online RYZE Webinars.

RYZE offers excellent income. We do not hold pay and you get paid when the file is closed by you and not when we get paid on the claim. We pay on a bi-weekly basis and direct deposit is required.
