Claims Collection Specialist

Position Overview:

National Commercial Services is looking for dynamic, goal/commission-oriented Collections Specialists to join our team! We are looking for associates who possess assertiveness, diplomacy, customer services/phone skills and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Claims Collection Specialist is responsible for the collection and resolution of claims
• Claims Collection Specialist will arrange for debt repayment or establish payment Scheduled
• Claims Collection Specialist  will persuade and negotiate with liable parties within NCS and FDCPA guidelines
• Claims Collection Specialist will review file assignment and analyze the facts of the file
• Claims Collection Specialist will update file using CollectOne

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• UM / Subrogation / Collections Experience and knowledge of DMV / DOT Rules
• Comfortable on the phone and strong computer skills
• Strong Written and Verbal skills
• Meticulous Attention to detail
• Outstanding negotiation skills
• CollectOne experience is a plus.
• Minimum of 1-year collections, telemarketing, sales, or call-center experience preferred.

Benefits & Hours:

Hours for this position are Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Benefits include medical, dental, vision and chiropractic insurance, company matched 401k plan, paid sick and vacation time, and paid holidays.
